Learning Objective
This course is aimed at teaching students how to use Oracle Primavera Project Management software tool. The training is designed to teach planners and schedulers in any industry how to set up and use the software in a project environment.
Explained in a logical sequence, the steps required to create and maintain resourced loaded & without resources loaded schedule. It highlights the sources of information and the methods that should be employed to produce a realistic and useful project schedule.
Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning & scheduling. This 3-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create & track an entire project to completion.
