Digital Transformation at a Global Professional Services Corporation – Lease Management System
See how the FALM-Insynchro team successfully helped our client, a global professional services firm undertaking a major digital transformation exercise, implement a lease management system to manage hundreds of leased locations and properties across the globe in about 30 countries and unify and digitise their lease management processes with the flexibility of incorporating local practices for each country using Oracle Primavera Unifier integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite via Oracle Integration Cloud.
The solution was rolled out simultaneously to all their locations across the globe which was a first for the customer and the FALM-Insynchro team.
Yarra Valley Water Melbourne Australia
EBS & inSynchro recognized by Oracle Inc. as the partner responsible for successfully implementing Yarra Valley Water’s first of its kind implementation in the world to run Primavera P6 on Oracle Engineered Systems (Oracle Exadata & Oracle Exalogic) and Integrated with Oracle Fusion Middleware system. Yarra Valley Water engaged EBS & inSynchro for the Primavera upgrade, as the partner was also involved in the first installation in 2008. EBS configured the Primavera product suite, determined the data migration strategy, and ensured that all components were integrated successfully to meet YVW’s business requirements. As YVW was the first company to run Primavera on Oracle engineered systems and integrated with Oracle Fusion Middleware products, the partner provided assistance to YVW to ensure a smooth implementation process. “We’re very impressed with EBS & inSynchro’s customer service, particularly the group’s ability to resolve issues.
